Andy Roddick

Born on 30th August 1982,Tennis hunk Andy Roddick is a native of Omaha, Nebraska. Even as a 19-year-old rookie, he impressed everyone with his energetic play and incredible shot-making abilities. He brought a charisma to the court that drew comparisons to John McEnroe, though Andy had a cooler head. Amazingly, he
responded to the media pressure of being the next "Pistol Pete" and now hovers around the top of the ATP (Association for Tennis Professionals) Champions Race, with a world No. 1 ranking always within his grasp.  Added to this talent are some great star qualities -- Andy seems more comfortable in the spotlight than many of his predecessors. He brings humour, poise and magnetism to any interview, late-night talk show or red carpet appearance.
